What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Does luggage have a warranty? ⌄
Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.
Can items be exchanged for a different color? ⌄
Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.
What size laptop fits inside? ⌄
The padded laptop pocket fits a 13" laptop. A 15" laptop won't fit this one, so size up your bag choice if that's what you carry.

The body is embossed vegan leather with a coated poly lining, a nylon zipper, and zinc alloy hardware. Care is spot clean only.

The vegan leather shoulder straps have a 10" drop, and there's an adjustable, removable padded strap (max length 45") for shoulder or crossbody carry.
What are the pockets inside? ⌄
Inside there are two slip pockets, two pen pockets, and one zip pocket, plus a built-in key leash, a water bottle pocket, and a removable vegan leather pouch. Two side pockets sit on the exterior, one zip and one slip.
Will it slide over a suitcase handle? ⌄
Yes. The trolley pass-through slides right over your Roller handle, and it zips shut to become an extra pocket when you're not traveling. This version has a sturdier pass-through than the original.
Does it count as a personal item? ⌄
At 11" H x 14.25" W x 6" D it's sized to slide under most airline seats as your personal item. Allowances differ by carrier, so check your specific airline before you fly.
How much does it actually hold? ⌄
Capacity is 15L and the bag weighs 2.75 lbs empty, so you're carrying a structured tote rather than a soft one. That's enough for a 13" laptop in the padded sleeve, a water bottle in its own pocket, and the pens, keys, and small stuff that live in the interior pockets.
