Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.

Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.

What is the bag made of? ⌄
The body is 100% nylon with a 100% polyester lining, and it's spot clean only. The nylon is stain resistant and odor proof, which matters when a bottle leaks somewhere between the car seat and the gate.

The backpack measures 15.75" H x 8.66" W x 12.6" L (40cm x 22cm x 32cm) with a 24.42L capacity, and it weighs 4.54 lb empty. That's generous room for diapers, snacks, bottles and all the little essentials, plus a padded laptop compartment that fits most 16-inch laptops.
Which pockets keep bottles cold? ⌄
There's one L-shaped insulated zipper pocket on the side for baby bottles or anything else that needs to stay cool. The other side has two gusseted flat slide-in pockets with an elastic channel, so they expand for a water bottle and lie flat against the bag when you're not using them.

Both. Two stroller straps come in the box for hanging it off your stroller handles, and the padded back panel has a clean trolley pass-through that slides over a roller luggage handle.
