What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Does luggage have a warranty? ⌄
Yes, carry-on and check-in luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty, separate from the standard return policy.
What if an item arrives broken or defective? ⌄
Items that arrive broken or defective are covered under the Quality Guarantee: request a refund or replacement within 45 days of the purchase date through the Returns and Exchanges page. Follow the prompts to submit the claim.
What comes in the box? ⌄
Along with the backpack, you get a water-resistant stink bag, a pacifier pouch, two stroller straps, and the removable front pouch that doubles as a crossbody with its own adjustable webbing strap. The fold-out changing pad area is built into the bag itself.
How do you clean it? ⌄
Spot clean only. It's stain resistant and built for the messes it was made for.
Does it hold a laptop? ⌄
Yes. The interior has a padded laptop compartment that fits 13" and 15" laptops.
Where does a phone go? ⌄
The right shoulder strap has an expandable zip pocket sized for a phone, and it fits up to an iPhone 16 Pro Max (the zipper opening is 20cm).
How are the bottle pockets set up? ⌄
One L-shaped insulated zipper pocket on the side handles bottles (or anything else you want kept cool), and the two gusseted side pockets with elastic channels expand for water bottles, then lie flat against the bag when they're empty. So: one insulated spot plus two flexible ones.
How does the changing setup work? ⌄
The changing pad area folds out with a plush landing pad for the baby, plus one big mesh pocket and two big elastic cinch pockets, one sized for wipes and one for diapers. The pad area is double the size of the previous version.
How many ways can it be carried? ⌄
Four. Wear it as a backpack on the wider padded shoulder straps, hang it off a stroller with the two included straps, slide the trolley pass-through over a Roller handle, or pull off the front pouch and wear that alone on its crossbody strap.
What keeps dirty diapers separate? ⌄
A water-resistant stink bag comes included for the diapers and clothes you'd rather quarantine, and the bag itself is built to be odor proof.
Is it comfortable to wear loaded up? ⌄
The back panel is padded and quilted for air circulation, and the shoulder straps use a new strap pattern with wider padding to reduce pressure points. The bag itself weighs 4.54 lbs empty, with 24.42 L to fill.
