What is the return window? ⌄
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with original tags attached and packaging intact, and purchased directly from the BÉIS website.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Express and Next Day Air orders take 1 to 2 business days to process plus 1 to 2 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days to process plus 2 to 5 business days to ship. During product launches, restocks, US holidays, or high-order periods, processing can take up to 5 to 7 business days.
How are refunds issued? ⌄
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee, unless the original payment method is no longer active, in which case store credit is issued instead. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and verified at the warehouse, which takes 2 to 3 business days after delivery, and can take up to 10 business days to appear once processed.
Can items be exchanged for a different color? ⌄
Exchanges are currently only offered for the same product in a different color, subject to availability. Exchange requests are free of charge. If a different item is wanted instead, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.
What if an item arrives broken or defective? ⌄
Items that arrive broken or defective are covered under the Quality Guarantee: request a refund or replacement within 45 days of the purchase date through the Returns and Exchanges page. Follow the prompts to submit the claim.

What is it made of? ⌄
The body is embossed vegan leather with a croc texture, the lining is 100% coated poly, the zipper is nylon and the hardware is zinc alloy. Care is spot clean only.
How does the trolley pass-through work? ⌄
The pass-through on the back panel slides over your Roller's extended handle so the tote rides on top instead of on your shoulder. Zip it closed and it becomes an extra pocket.

The vegan leather shoulder straps have a 10" drop, and there's an adjustable, removable padded shoulder/crossbody strap that extends up to 45".
What's the pocket setup inside? ⌄
Inside you get 2 slip pockets, 2 pen pockets and 1 zip pocket, plus a key leash so your keys stop living at the bottom. There's also a removable vegan leather pouch for the small stuff, a water bottle pocket, and two side pockets on the exterior (one zip, one slip). Translation: your charger, your badge and your lip balm each have a home.
Is it structured enough for a workday? ⌄
Yes. The tote has a defined, structured shape held by a secure zipper closure with the BÉIS metal pull, sturdy metal feet on the base so it stands up on its own, and interior magnetic closures that keep the compartments from splaying open. The straps were widened and the edges rolled for a cleaner finish.
How does it pair with a suitcase? ⌄
The trolley pass-through slides straight over a BÉIS Roller handle, so the tote travels stacked on your luggage and stays your free hand's problem, not your shoulder's.
